Using Solar Panels for Outside Your Home

Solar panels are designed to harness the sun’s energy. The solar cells that make up these panels are generally made out of silicon, and the panels are often installed on the roofs of buildings. Ground installations are also possible, but they are less common in areas with a lot of tall buildings and/or trees.
