Sustainability Statements propose a range of appropriate sustainability measures (social, environmental and economic) for a development and assess their inter-relationship across the site. The statements are produced to accompany planning applications, primarily mixed-use developments, and include assessment methodologies such as EcoHomes and BREEAM.
