- impartial project cost-benefit analysis and calculation of project economics for the energy elements*
- air flow and thermal modelling (including CFD modelling)

- practical advice on feasible options for your property*
Design
- computer-aided-design of bespoke system elements
- detailed technology sizing and specification
- overall project specification and design
- demonstrating compliance to building regulations (parts L and F)
- integration of new technologies
- electrical and mechanical systems design
Project management and delivery
- identification of suitable manufacturers and installers to meet your specific needs*
- management of procurement and selection of optimum technologies and suppliers to meet your specification
- supervision and management of installation
We are independent of suppliers and energy companies and work on your behalf to get the best outcome for your needs. We work in defined stages with transparent and usually fixed fees agreed in advance.
- Our fixed fee analysis and report from plans includes the analysis steps highlighted above and costs £750 including VAT per normal domestic property (up to 500 sqm)
