Site visit and property evaluation

 

We provide a national service, analysing property energy needs and performance and providing you with an independent technical briefing on low carbon energy options for your property. From a site visit and survey, we develop an energy performance model of your property, and use this to develop specification and cost/benefit analyses for a range of possible energy system options with you.

 

Renewable resource assessments

 

Our service includes analysis of wind, solar and hydropower resource available on your site, and the best ways to tap these resources. We analyse technical options from first principles, ensuring you are totally informed about the environmental and financial costs and benefits of design trade-offs and critical decisions.

 

Making a booking

 

We normally ask for a deposit on booking and you pay the balance of the applicable fee on completion of the visit.

2. A time for the visit will be arrangements upon receipt of the deposit.
3. We will confirm arrangements in writing.

 

Single domestic property up to 500 sq m (£450, deposit £100)
